I've hear Dr. Laura browbeat some of those poor people who call into her show. She really lets some of them have it. Didn't I read somewhere that her Ph.D. is in physiology?

I took physiology in college and it's not a walk in the park. But does it qualify a person to give the kind of advice Dr. Laura gives? And why can't she be a bit more understanding? She really pounds on some of those poor souls. They must really be desperate to call in.
